Pay10 Global does the whole of payments, everywhere it’s licensed, bringing together the licences, infrastructure, and technology to move money securely across borders. For banks, payment institutions, and merchants, one partnership opens access to multiple regulated markets, every payment capability, and the scale to grow, without building any of it.

Prabhpreet Singh Gill (Harry Gill) is a visionary fintech leader shaping the future of global payments. Known for his clarity of thought and execution, he founded Pay10 to build secure, interoperable financial infrastructure that allows money to move freely, directly, and without friction across borders.

Under his leadership, Pay10 has grown into a globally regulated fintech, working in close partnership with regulators and financial institutions to advance open finance and modern payment ecosystems. Driven by a belief that interoperability is the true backbone of digital finance, Mr. Gill continues to lead Pay10 with a long-term vision focused on trust, inclusion, and sustainable innovation.

A forward-thinking leader with extensive expertise in fintech, payments, and business transformation, Saad Kaleem is known for his strategic vision and ability to drive impactful results, successfully leading organisations through periods of rapid growth and innovation.

Pay10 was founded in India focusing on providing secure online payment solutions for businesses.

Pay10 launched its first suite of products to empower businesses with integrated digital payment solutions.
The company collaborated with high-profile enterprise clients, including Indian Railways and ICICI Lombard, further solidifying its reputation in the industry.
Pay10 goes live with 100+ payment options, payouts and automated settlement.
The company expands its value proposition and business operations, with mPOS and multiple modes of payments.

Pay10 opened its new headquarters in Dubai, UAE to expand globally.

The company continued to innovate with digital wallet solutions focusing on domestic payment schemes and local payment methods.

In addition, Pay10 received its

  • Stored Value Facility (SVF) and Retail Payment Services & Card Schemes (RPSCS) licenses from the Central Bank of the UAE.
  • Payment Aggregator Cross Border license from the Reserve Bank of India.

Pay10 continues to expand its suite of digital payment products to key markets in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe.

In addition, Pay10 received its

  • Approval for Open Finance Payment Initiation (Service Initiation) from the Central Bank of the UAE.
  • Payment Services License from Central Bank of Bahrain.
  • Regulatory approval of its Payment Institution License from Bank Al-Maghrib, Morocco’s central bank.

Strengthened Pay10’s global presence through its regulated expansion into Bahrain under the Central Bank of Bahrain and its entry into the European Union through Pay10 EU Kft’s Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license granted by the National Bank of Hungary.
